"Fantastic Customer Support!"
I bought 2 turbo brushes for my Numatic Henry Hoover. We rely on these for our business daily, and they really make cleaning a breeze for our team who are always using them in the homes we service. Unfortunately, after just 2 days, one of the brushes stopped working. I reached out to the seller, and they quickly sent a replacement that showed up the very next day! Huge shoutout to Ryan for the amazing communication and support!

"Decent Service, No Complaints"
I ordered a vacuum cleaner head and it was dispatched. The Evri courier took ages to deliver, making it feel like it was lost somewhere. But when I reached out to Avern, they quickly sent out a replacement with next day delivery. Funny enough, I ended up getting both on the same day but at different times. Avern didn’t charge me for the second head, even though I was totally fine with paying for it. Overall, solid service and excellent communication from this company. Can't complain at all.

I made a purchase and they withdrew the cash from my account, but I never got my order. No one is giving me any answers about it. At least I got my money back, but I just don’t get why they couldn’t have told me what happened with my order.

"STEER CLEAR"
Absolutely appalling. I placed an order for a vacuum cleaner and a few days later got notified that it couldn't be delivered. This was obviously nonsense since they just jacked up the price of the item, which eventually showed up a few days later. It seems they just scrapped my initial order to make a quick buck. Totally outrageous and deceitful, not to mention unfair business practices. I ordered it through Amazon, and they confirmed that you canceled the order without giving them any reason. Just to add, the company reached out to me, and their attitude along with the lack of customer support is beyond unacceptable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.

I had some worries after checking out a few reviews, thinking I might end up with the wrong product. However, the item I got was exactly what I ordered. The site mentioned free next day delivery, but it actually took about 5 to 6 days to arrive. Not too shabby, though, since I placed my order during the holiday rush.
